A cosy self contained one bedroom first floor flat attached to the main Hilton house. It has a living room and kitchenette (with double sofa bed) bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also a lovely private garden that the flat looks upon. Following an extensive refurbishment the flat has a stunning new ensuite as well as a beautiful freestanding copper bath! Come and stay in our beautifully finished, tin shepherds hut at the bottom of our garden. We are located in the rolling countryside with extensive views over the vale of York. After a day of exploring this AONB, there’s nothing like cooking tea over the fire pit or wood pellet pizza oven followed by a dip under the stars in our rustic hot tub. Self Contained Rural Retreat Hexham

You enjoy a self contained annexe with far reaching views of the surrounding countryside. Your accommodation has a private entrance on the ground floor into the sitting room, which has a sofa, dining table and chairs. Within this living area are kitchen facilities including fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. Stairs lead to the double bedroom including wardrobe and drawers.

Our self-contained studio apartment has a shower room, store room, well equipped kitchen, superking bed ( Available as 2x3ft. singles if required), a terrace & garden overlooking open countryside with uninterrupted views of the Cleveland Hills & Captain Cook's Monument. It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

A charming, and beautiful cottage set within a courtyard in an idyllic ten acre woodland location. The cottage is every inch the beautiful setting for a romantic break away. The outside area of the cottage includes a raised platform & fire pit for your own use. Whilst it appears to be set in a remote rural location, it is in fact incredibly well-situated to be able to visit local attractions whilst being easily accessible from the main road: A1M . “A hidden gem definitely worth staying here!”

To the East we have the coastal town of Seaham Harbour, to the West we have Beamish Museum, County Durham and Northumberland

Croft Farm Shepherd's Hut, Hardraw, Pennine Way

Spend a night in Hardraw, in the Yorkshire Dales. This wonderfully crafted shepherds hut is located on a working farm, with sheep, cattle, hens and pigs. Also, home to the local working sheepdog demonstration team. Located in a small village on the Pennine Way; the renowned Hardraw force, England's highest waterfall is a 5 minute stroll. The Green Dragon Inn is less than 5 minutes walk. The small market town of Hawes is a 20 minute walk, with plenty of shops and pubs.
