We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

Cosy modern cabin- Carrbridge, near Aviemore

Bike and ski friendly accommodation in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. Birchwood Bothy is a newly built cabin with all the amenities you will need after an adventure in the outdoors. Chill outside on the balcony with a morning coffee or cosy up in the colder months in front of the log burner. You'll find beautiful forest trails and a river path straight from the door and you are just a 10 minute walk into Carrbridge village where there is a local shop, great pub, gallery and cafe.

The cottage provides 2 bedroomed accommodation with a warm and cosy atmosphere with its wood burning stoves in kitchen and lounge with comfy beds for that home from home feeling. Serviced with a large bath and free standing shower unit and fully equipped kitchen with dinning table. Set within our lovely garden and surrounded by woodland just 200m off the back road - gives guests and children the safety and freedom to roam from the front door. Located just 15 minutes from Inverness airport.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

The Cabin

The Cabin is a self catering one room chalet that contains 2 single beds, table, chairs, armchairs and a kitchen. An enclosed bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is included. Water is provided by the Cromdale hills via filtration system. The Cabin is fully insulated and heated for a cosy environment. Entertainment consists of TV, video & bluetooth boom bar speaker. Placement of The Cabin is close to the back of the house which provides privacy for guests. WiFi is available.

Cherry Tree Pod is only 10 minutes drive from historical Nairn with it's multiple award winning beaches, waterfront promenade, forest walks and is in a very quiet village ideal for relaxing and recharging surrounded by nature. CTP is adventurous for the kids like a middle earth hobbit house, very relaxing and private for adults/couples retreats, and is now completely secure for your doggy friends. A MAX 4 ADULTS, you will certainly not feel like you're staying in a tiny home.

Snowgate Cabin Glenmore

The closest house to the Cairngorm's. Based in the very heart of the Cairngorms National Park Snow Gate Cabin is the last dwelling sitting right at the foot of the Cairngorms themselves. The cabin sleeps two people comfortably, including an open plan living/sleeping area housing a small kitchenette with an electric hob and a shower /wc room. A log burner gives the room a super cosy feel. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners whose property is next door to the cabin.

Bespoke renovated bothy with high-end, luxurious facilities. Wet room and sauna. Underfloor heating in shower and living area. Wood burning stove. Beautiful woodland trails and wildlife to enjoy from the doorstep and just a 20 minute riverside walk into the village centre to the nearest shop, pub and other local amenities. A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
