It is perfect for exploring 1066 country and with Hastings, Battle and Rye just a few miles away there is much to do and see! Dogs are very welcome. Small orchard with picnic table and bbq. Cosy Toasty Nook is the perfect location to explore the best of the Garden of England. Enjoy walks from our 3 Acre grounds. Relax over sunset drinks on the Jetty or enjoy a spot of fishing. Our new barn conversion has a fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge and additional lounge with sofa bed. On the upper floor is a bright spacious loft bedroom. The outside space includes a private patio and car park. Set in the grounds of a 17th century Oast, Toasty Nook had everything you will need.

The Stables

Enjoy the wonderful setting of this romantic spot in nature. The Stables is a delightful beamed part of a barn conversion . Stunning views stretch to the North Downs, with a garden area to sit with a drink and watch the sun set. We have a wide variety of bird and animal life that frequents the fields and skies. Walking distance to Hever Castle and two delightful country pubs along beautiful tree- lined footpaths. If you don't want to drive, the Hever train station is only a 0.7 mile walk!

Hoppers' Hideaways -The Hop Barn - Kent

Situated in the heart of the Kent countryside, this historic barn has been modernised but yet still retains it's unique character and charm. The Hop Barn is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life where you can enjoy walks through the nearby orchards or simply sit on the patio and listen to the sound of nature. For those wanting to explore, the barn is conveniently located nearby to renowned gardens, castles, stately homes, forests, quaint villages and historic towns.

Peaceful Idyllic Stable on Romney Marsh near Rye

Homely interior with a calm feel. Surrounded by fields and sheep. Ideal for families. The main bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. The room upstairs has two singles which can also be a double, ideal for children and young adults. The door to this room is an old French slatted shutter. There is a shower room with a loo on the ground floor. The kitchen, dining and living area is on the ground floor with a TV and warming gas fire. There is a double sofa bed in the living area.

The Quadrangle

The Quadrangle is a beautifully converted Victorian farmstead able to accommodate groups of 12+ for holidays, retreats, workshops, film shoots and more, just 40 minutes from London. It features beautiful gardens and a woodland orchard, a grand barn and open-plan living spaces, two well-equipped kitchens, two dormitories, four separate bedrooms and river for wild swimming. Please note we have close neighbours so can't host parties or weddings.

The Stables at Boreham House

The Stables is a converted self-catering cottage in what was the original stables and coach house of Boreham House bed and breakfast and is ideal for couples or families. Inside the cottage the accommodation has been renovated to a very high standard while retaining much of the original character. The cottage is set in beautiful East Sussex countryside within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Tee's Barn

Converted barn, set within the Kent countryside, fresh and newly decorated in a contemporary country style, with slate floors and co-ordinated furnishings, two minutes by car from Edenbridge town centre where you will find Waitrose, Boots chemist, several take-away food shops.
