The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. The parking is very close to the apartment. Contact us for anything.

Villa Bell'Aria is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and at the same time only a short drive away from the famous coastal town of Crikvenica. With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. Villa Mediterana is located on the beautiful island of Krk. It is only few kilometers away from the nearest beach. The villa offers space for 7 people in 3 bedrooms. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a private pool. There is also a covered terrace with a large table and a grill. There are two double rooms and one triple room on the first floor. The house has underfloor heating and all rooms are air conditioned. Each room has a television with a satellite receiver.

Distance to the main beach Zgribnica is 600 m. In front of the apartment there is a private terrace with partial sea view, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Pets are welcome by the prior arrangement. Private parking is in the yard.

It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
