Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

An immaculately presented lower ground floor apartment with own private entrance, ideal for a couple but can accommodate four if the sofa bed is requested, which is assumed for lager groups but couples/twos need to specifically request and there will be a £20 add on linen charge. A network of paths go through our working farm with river and forest and higher land to explore together. Perfect for walking and bird watching.

The End Place - A romantic hideaway for two

The End Place is a self-contained cottage adjoining Moorhouse Cottage. Downstairs is open plan, comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with wood burning stove. A glass wall ensures uninterrupted views across Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as starry-night skyscapes. Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.

Sunnyside Cottage is a recently renovated stylish cottage in the beautiful vibrant village of Hampsthwaite which boasts a local shop, public house, cafe and hairdressers/beauticians together with its own idyllic church. Sunnyside Cottage comfortably sleeps two people and is an ideal romantic getaway and a perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.
