Host will meet you to give you the door code and a tour of the property. Entire house w/ a park-like backyard. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, dining, sun room, & washer/dryer. Home is close to Rio Rancho, Presbyterian Medical Center, Sandoval Regional Medical Center, Intel, HP, and Rio Rancho Event Center. A great location for Rio Grande River hikes, hot air balloon watching, Santa Fe day-tripping, or mountain gazing. Quick drive to Albuquerque or Santa Fe. Each room is fully equipped, 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Dining room plus kitchen bar seats 8 for meals. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep, serving, and dining. The living room has a 55" Roku TV that can easily be used for streaming all your favorites; Netflix, Hulu, Etc. Lots of parking plus 2 car garage.

Tiny Dwelling, plus Outdoor shower

This turn of the century rare two car garage is now a very well appointed studio apartment. It's open but defined spaces leave you feeling relaxed while works great as a base camp for your explorations of Albuquerque and beyond. It comes with a cozy yet high-end kitchen. The bathroom space is pocket-size with plenty of style. Some my find the bathroom space challenging. Located north of downtown on the fringe of a quiet residential area. Welcome to our true New Mexican Adobe casita located in the North Valley of Albuquerque! Adjoined to our larger adobe main house, this charming little home boasts viga ceilings, a beautiful sunroof, brick floors, classic Spanish tilework, wood burning fireplace, and a stunning loft where the sunrise over the Sandia Mountains can wake you each morning. Off the beaten path and surrounded by rural land, horses, and blooming cottonwoods, our casita is an ideal place to unwind and recharge.

Modern, Peaceful Home in Rio Rancho

Modern 2-bedroom home in Rio Rancho. Everything was remodeled. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a fully non-smoking space. A small third bedroom I keep private as an owner's closet. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. Free 50-amp EV charging outlet L2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your own charging cable/adapter. (If you forget it, let me know.)

Our cozy house is located in a very centralized area of Albuquerque which has a variety of possibilities, like coffee shops, pubs, malls, restaurants, hospitals, wellness centers, and beautiful parks. Guest access Entire house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One queen bed, a full bed, and another full bed. Office spaces in two of the rooms. High speed wifi with Netflix, Hulu, prime video, and a ps5. With an oasis of a backyard.

Casita on Rio Grande Riverside Park

Private casita in the trees along the Rio Grand River. Walk, bike, or run on the Bosque Trail along the acequia (waterway) or wander by the Rio Grande River with a perfect view of Sandia Mountain. Nights are dark and quiet. There's a queenbrass bed, a big screen TV and books Voffee and cream and black and herbal teas with sugar and honey ptovided. Full refrigerator/freezer, oven/microwave and cooktop. Cookware, dinnerware oil, vinegar and spices, wine glasses, and sharp kitchen knives

The Bridge House

The whole family will be comfortable in this spacious updated home. Come see all Corrales has to offer! Walking distance from galleries, restaurants, wineries/breweries and located between Albuquerque and Santa Fe, Corrales' pastoral charm provides the perfect getaway from the day's activities.
