Our house is 2 story/we live upstairs in a quiet neighborhood of Richmond/El Sob area. We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. At just over 100 sq ft, experience tiny living in our cozy space. The small space is priced accordingly, we are one of the cheaper places to stay in SF. You'll have a private room with a bathroom and queen Murphy bed that pulls over a couch. We are in the middle of Bernal Heights, a quiet and quaint neighborhood with amazing views of downtown San Francisco from the top of the hill. We are two blocks away from shops, cafes and restaurants, it's very walkable. Come stay and live like a local!

The " little farmhouse" is a special place for those who like biking and hiking at Wildcat Canyon Regional Park, while enjoying the peace and quiet of this meticulously decorated in-law unit set up to host up to 2 guests. My intention was to achieve a harmonious environment where you can relax, cook, and disconnect from the rest of the world. It is equipped with the amenities that you may find in a fancy hotel room. This is an in-law unit; noise may travels from upstairs occasionally.
