There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The barn has been refurbished and is a delightful self-catering holiday cottage situated in a peaceful location overlooking Welsh countryside with stunning views from each angle to include the Aran Fawddwy, Aran Benllyn, Rhobell Fawr and Cader Idris mountains.

Wood-burner, covered veranda, Wi-fi and Netflix, one bedroom, bathroom with shower and double basins, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Walks right from the door, private and not overlooked, Mach Loop in the same valley. Pub within walking distance (roughly 20 mins, sensible footwear recommended). Not suitable for those with limited ability. Sorry no dogs.

Private parking available for 2 vehicles. We're about an hour away from Snowdon Mountain & 10 minute drive away from Ty Nant car park for Cader Idris. The nearest town is Dolgellau (10 minute drive away) which has 2 supermarkets, 2 petrol stations & some great cafes,pubs & shops.
