Διακοπές μόλις 20 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Η σουίτα Πασιθέα είναι ο ιδανικός τύπος διαμονής για οικογένειες από 3 έως 4 άτομα, που αναζητούν την ηρεμία και την χαλάρωση στις διακοπές τους. Βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο, με άπλετη θέα στη θάλασσα. Διαθέτει μια τεράστια βεράντα, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο ( με διπλό κρεβάτι by CocoMat), μπάνιο, ενιαίο χώρο κουζίνας – καθιστικού (με μονό κρεβάτι και καναπέ). Το καθιστικό και η βεράντα, χωρίζονται με μια μεγάλη τζαμαρία με τη θέα της θάλασσας να είναι απρόσκοπτη.

Sylvia's Guest House is a 40sq m renovated property in the center of a historical farm (Meeting point during WW2 - Patrick Leigh Fermor ), surrounded by 150000 m² organic vineyards, trees and a great view of the northcoast beach (Ammoudara) and city of Heraklion. The property can accommodate up to 4 guests (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed) and there is also availablility for baby cot. This stylish apartment is located on the edge of the village. The stables of the former Horsefarm Melanouri changed into 2 beautiful apartments (the Melanouri Apartments) and the charm still remains. It invites to relax, stay and cooking. The bath has a rain shower and a lot of space for body care. Outdoors you can daydream or eat under two big olive trees. Parking you will have on our plot.
