Beautiful S.Downs Cottage, pool and tennis

The private gate takes you directly onto the South Downs. Close to the beach and city, Chichester, Portsmouth, Goodwood, Cowdray and Witterings beaches are close by while the train takes you to Waterloo in an hour. Ripsley is a place to get away from it all. Great for cyclists, walkers, couples and families. There are garden games, a tree swing, tree house, firepit and football to enjoy while the pool and tennis court are available from late May until the end Sept/early Oct, Mon- Sat 9am - 1 pm.

Guest studio situated in quiet garden of family home. Max. 2 people. Dbl bed, kitchenette w/fridge & microwave, plus small shower room. Separate building with its own entrance - no need to enter our home, just come and go easily past the side of the house. Tranquil setting but close to shops, cafes & good transport to central London. Quietly situated on the side of Blackdown in the South Downs National Park, 2 miles from Haslemere and convenient for visiting Chichester and Goodwood, The Barn is a well-appointed guest suite which offers comfortable accommodation for two. Convenient for exploring the local area, with immediate access to numerous public footpaths including the Sussex Border Path and Blackdown Hill. Ideally situated for animal lovers with an abundance of wildlife plus our own pet alpacas.

A beautifully converted Cowshed in a rustic style with luxurious Super King bed in a studio suite with added double bunk room for up to four extra guests. Studio has a galley kitchen with hob and oven for basic cooking. Well fitted bathroom facilities including powerful shower and roll top bath and underfloor heating. Relaxing Sofa in main space with Flatscreen TV and wifi throughout. Underfloor heating throughout. Large french windows overlooking an orchard.

The Barn – Surrey Countryside Escape

The Barn at Whitmoor Farm is set in the peaceful Surrey countryside and accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families. It offers two bedrooms — the first with a king bed and bunk beds, and the second with a king bed — plus two single beds in the living area. Enjoy Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and a private indoor grill area. Guests also have shared access to a tennis court, trampoline, and outdoor swimming pool (heated May–September; open unheated until mid-October).

The Coach House

The Coach House is a totally unique property, nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Chobham Common. Spread over two floors, this charming accommodation offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen, & a utility room. The cottage is situated on a private estate with complete solitude in 15 acres of orchards and fields. Guests are able to use our indoor swimming pool and hot tub at no charge. This is on the left of our family house 2 minutes walk from the cottage You will find the 2 floor cottage to be warm, welcoming and decorated and furnished beautifully with full SKY TV, SKY Movies and Netflix available. Our family home is very close by if you need us

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
