Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

The porch is a nice relaxing cozy place where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while watching the lake glisten.

Peace of Hart Retreat!

This peaceful retreat has everything you need to relax and breathe. It overlooks farmland pastures with wildlife and livestock in all directions. It is 6 miles from downtown Hartwell which hosts many restaurants, a brewer, and many community affairs. It is just a few miles from several lake access points. Plenty of easy maneuvering parking for your boat! This would make a great long term work related stay as well. Sorry, but no pets. Security cameras are on the exterior of home.

In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Two Kayaks provided for your fun on the lake. Boat rental is also just minutes away. Cook your own food, get delivery, or five minutes to food and shopping. Fifteen minutes from I-85 and the GA SC state line. Limited to 6 guests. No exceptions.
