Within the grounds, a spring flows down to the valley and dogs can be exercised in the owners' fields. Truro is just a short 10 minute drive away and the loft is centrally located to explore the whole of Cornwall. It is excellently located for the hospital.

There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and an additional spacious conservatory which can be used for dining or just as another sitting area. The two bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room and a king-size double, or as two king-size doubles.
