The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Sleep soundly at this unique and cosy getaway in Witchcliffe, 8 mins drive south of Margaret River, WA. The studio apartment is part of our beautiful new solar passive designed home in the ecovillage. It is private, with it's own entry. It is immaculate inside and comes with 1 Queen bed, a kitchenette, bathroom, sofa and benchtop for eating/working. The ecovillage is unique in its design, balancing privacy and interaction, We may be happy to give you a quick impromptu tour if interested.

A private driveway, will lead you to the quaint, Kingfisher Grove Cottage. Our cosy 1 bedroom cottage is situated between Surfers Point and Margaret River Town, it has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living, a comfortable king size bed and laundry. A couch bed is also available. Enjoy a walk or bike ride past Cape Mentelle and Xandadu Vinyards, along the tranquil bush track into town and finish the day watching the sunset at Surfers Point or relaxing with a glass of wine on the deck.

Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Exmoor cottage is located within a patch of native forest, 5km from the town centre and 8 km from the beach. The cottage has its own private access. Several wine farms are located within walking distance. Our mud brick cottage consists of a kitchen, lounge and dining room with separate bathroom. Upstairs a loft with the bedroom. Outside a verandah with outdoor kitchen and dining area.
