It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Solis Rogoznica is a charming stone house built entirely from stones found on the hills overlooking Rogoznica. It is located amongst the olive trees on the hill just 3 min ride (10-15 min walk) from the main road and the closest beach and it represents an old stone house with green windows - symbol of Dalmatia! It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.

Hillside villa with sea view and heated pool is an ideal summer vacation villa, located in a quiet part of Rogoznica, away from the center and the sea 1500 meters. Šibenik and Split are less than one hour away. Furthermore, there are Trogir and National Park Krka near by, so Jarebinjak is a great place to position yourself on a vacation.
