We have home theater with 65" QLED TV and surrounded sound system, power reclining seats for best comfort while enjoying movies, fully equipped kitchen, stocked fridge with clean drinking water, patio seating area with fire pit tucked under fruit trees and vine. Tastefully designed attached guest suite in the Vista neighborhood has its own private entrance on the bottom floor of our custom mid-century home. Guest will enjoy a large studio with two queen beds, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. This well-established neighborhood has easy access to I-80 & 780, Hwy 29 & 37, downtown Vallejo and the ferry terminal serving SF daily. Suisun, Napa, and Sonoma Valley wineries are a short drive away. And the quaint town of Benicia is about 10 minutes away.

The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. The town of Winters is 10 minutes away and has wonderful restaurants and wine bars featuring local fare.
