Keep it simple at our peaceful and centrally-located studio. We created our private detached studio with tranquility and comfort in mind. It's minimalistic with cleanliness as our utmost priority. You have your own private entrance & space so you can relax in peace. It it is a spacious studio with a queen bed, Smart TV and a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. It also has a little working area with a desk and a recently redone bathroom with a walk-in shower.

La Cabana

Perfect getaway for the wandering individual, couple, or young family. This rustic casita is surrounded by beautiful mountain and ocean views! Enjoy swimming in the pool, stargazing, lounging, or casual day trips around San Diego (All the amenities are shared with the main house) . Enter through a hidden garden filled with plants into a cute, clean, recently refurbished studio apartment. Although the house sits on a quiet street with abundant free street parking, it is within easy walking distance of craft breweries, cocktail bars, cafes, and some of San Diego's best restaurants, as well as Trolley Barn Park. We're also an easy shot to the zoo, Balboa Park museums, downtown, and the beaches.

This room is a "casita" (seperate living space) away from the house. It has a private entrance with a cypher lock on the door. The room has new carpet, new tile, and queen size bed. The Eastlake neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. We are located about 20 mins from the beach, downtown San Diego, and San Diego international airport. This location is only 2 miles from the Otay Ranch Mall.

Mt Helix Studio Loft with Mountain Views

Mountain Views: Freshly renovated, quiet and spacious studio loft in private neighborhood. Close to coffee shops, grocery stores, and quick access to major highways. 500 sqft open concept. Laundry, Fast Internet, Cable TV and streaming services. Additionally, if you like oranges and avocados we grow them on the property (Seasonal of course). We also have a chicken coop and fresh eggs on request.
