This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. We are close to hiking, about a 5 minute drive from the Village and Claremont Colleges (Pitzer College, Pomona College, Scripps College, Claremont McKenna College, and Harvey Mudd College). Easy access to the 210 freeway and a nice place to unwind after a day exploring Claremont and surrounding areas.

Currently our side fence is down because of high winds in the process of fixing it but we do have a 4ft high secure metal temporarily wire fence.
