Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Over Wallop is a small village and civil parish in the Test Valley district of Hampshire, close to the border with Wiltshire. Located close to Stockbridge famous for fly fishing and a variety of eateries. It is an easy driving distance to the historic cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury. The annexe offers a large open plan area to relax and dine in with a separate kitchen. A double bedroom with ensuite shower and separate WC. Well furnished with WiFi and onsite parking.

The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.
