Surf your way to the beach and enjoy the pedestrian side of Surfside Village. The Kingfisher is close to Jetty Park, Bird and Butterfly Trail, the Surfside Splash Pad and the Fort Velasco State Historic Site. Walk into relaxation with an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. Multiple decks to enjoy time outdoors with family and friends!

Beautiful Waterfront River House on The San Bernard River. Excellent Fishing, Swimming, Kayaking or Boating all from your private dock! Relax and take in the amazing views. At night enjoy smores around the fire pit and fish under the green lights. Have your own boat? The boat slip is across the river from The Lone Oak. 20 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes south of Houston.
