Bussells Bushland Cottages - Couples/Small Family

Bussells Bushland Cottages is a 20 hectare "Land for Wildlife" property. Our 8 rammed-earth cottages are set apart in order to preserve privacy. Walk trails criss-cross the bush block which has wonderful stands of old-growth trees, as well as being home to a wide variety of bird life and mobs of kangaroos. The quoted room rate for 1 or 2 persons is based on the use of 1 bedroom. If, for any reason, guests require to use the 2nd bedroom, an extra bed charge will be levied payable before arrival.

Situated on the quieter west side of town, and on the way to the beach....the rails to trails path nearby takes you through the beautiful forest and bush, or a short ten minute drive away are the stunning beaches, wineries and caves. Hire or bring a bike and explore the many mountain bike trails.

Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

Buttercup Farm Yallingup

Situated amongst some of the best South-West wineries and just minutes away from iconic beaches including Smith's Beach & Yallingup Beach. The charming 1950's weatherboard cottage has recently been renovated throughout with custom made interiors, new appliances, an eclectic mix of antiques imported from France and a range of ceramics, paintings & sculptures by local Western Australian artisans. It has a quintessential wide wrap around verandah & an intimate lounge fireplace.

This passive solar Villa is situated at Kilcarnup Beach which is moments from the town centre and Surfers Point. The two large bedrooms have King sized beds which look out onto their own private tropical gardens. There is also Weber BBQ facilities. Keep warm or cool with a split heating/cooling system. This tranquil cottage retreat has a rustic charm which will stir up memories of holidays from years gone by, but with the bonus of some modern touches and conveniences thanks to its recent refurbishment. A hop, skip and a jump from the beach – almost literally(!) – this home is in a fantastic location, about a 30-minute walk or 10-minute cycle to town along the beachfront path.

We are just 15/20 minutes from Busselton and Dunsbrough and just 7 minutes to Vasse where there is Coles supermarket and Vasse Village by Bunbury Farmers Market as well as several small shops
