The accommodation is also 1.5 km from restaurants, pubs and shops. You’ll love my place because of the beach location and the warm and homely accommodation in a private and secure setting. Studio cottage with king bed and single "stack" beds. These beds are ideal for 2 children sharing with parents. As it is open-plan it is only suitable for a couple or small family. Fully equipped, Wi-Fi, TV, Fireplace. Fridge, oven/hob & microwave. There is no washer and dryer in The Cottage but laundry can be done in the communal laundry at a nominal charge. Please note that Wi-fi signal can be sporadic especially in summer with all the trees in leaf.

The accommodation unit consists of a lounge area and en-suite bedroom with a separate entrance to that of the main house. A small kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, microwave is included. (there is no kitchen) Max. 2 people. The house is situated in the quiet Sunrise-on-Sea suburb within walking distance of the sea. It is approx 20 minutes drive from the East London CBD and 35 minutes drive from the airport.

Only 500m from the beach and 2 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. The house is completely fenced in and caters for dogs as well. We have solar power and backup water tanks as well, so no need to worry about any power or water interruptions.
