The house is located in a nice and quiet tourist complex in the center of Puerto del Carmen with private parking. There are 2 swimming pools with sea view and sunbeds. It's located a few minute walk from the city center, market, bars, restaurants, nightlife and 10 minutes from the beach. The house has 2 bedrooms: 1 double room with the possibility to disconnect to 2 singles and one with a double bed above and a single bed below. There are beautiful hiking or cycling routes starting from the guesthouse. In 13min walking distance you reach our local restaurant “Teleclub”. Nearest supermarket is in Mozaga (5min drive).

A nice Studio in the middle of the exclusive área of Los Mojones. Up above the old town of Pto. del Carmen. A 15 minutes walk to the beach and promenade. The Studio has a nice cosy home feeling and lots of light. You have your own entrance and parking for a small car just outside the door, but more parking available nearby.
