Nel nostro B&B la mattina con il bel tempo Vi aspetta una buona colazione all'esterno con pane e marmellate fatte in casa. Gazebi e attrezzature (tavoli, sedie,sdraie e barbecue) all'esterno sono a Vs. disposizione per rendere più gradevole il vostro soggiorno. L'alloggio si trova presso un podere di campagna, a 5 minuti in auto dal centro di Volterra. Superata Porta Diana, si percorre un breve tratto della strada Comunale di S. Margherita fino all'accesso di una strada bianca, l'indicazione Bosco dell'Iris Nero vi conduce, lungo un percorso di 900 metri, alla locazione. Qui vi sono castagni, ulivi, fiori e la piacevole vista della valle. Si possono incontrare caprioli, istrici e cinghiali. Il cuculo, l'upupa, il picchio abitano il bosco circostante.
