A piedi 10 min dai locali e i musei di Pescara Vecchia, in 20 min dal mare e stazione ferroviaria. Aeroporto 10 min in auto. Il loft al primo piano di un palazzo storico, ha living ampio con divano letto due posti, cucina e area lavoro sul soppalco, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno, posto bici nel giardino, parcheggio gratuito.
