This is the quintessential beach house. Wooden structure, large deck with sea and mountain views and surrounded by fynbos. 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living space that is light and comfortable. The house is well equipped with an indoor wood burning fireplace & electric blankets . We are 100 meters from the beach. We have solar backup, no worries about load shedding. Large, private 46m2 apartment only 100m from beach entrance. Indoor and outdoor showers - and a large outside bath for luxuriating whilst still close to nature. Spacious lounging area. Ideally positioned to walk to shops, restaurants and Village amenities and even closer to the main swimming, fishing and diving beach. Gas hob, fridge, microwave and good range of crockery & cooking utensils.

Familie Huis

Familie Huis is a much loved family home overlooking a river wetland and surrounded by pristine fynbos. A central feature of the wonderfully spacious downstairs area is a huge inside hearth for roaring fires (or to braai or cook). It's an absolutely brilliant house for winter getaways - warm and cosy (and also great for families with small children). Its perfectly situated - a five minute walk to the beach as well as all village amenities.

Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.

Penguin House

Our home is perfectly situated in the heart of the Town, only 200m from the shops and bars and 300m from the main beach walkway. It is nestled on a small elevation with tremendous views of the coast and mountains. The house is recently renovated and we are now solar powered with mains back-up. There is a large braai room with seating for 10 people - where it all happens!
