We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Centre village classé bâtiment de France. Vous dormirez dans un ancien pressoir du XVI ème. Au rdc avec accès privé, un salon avec canapé lit, une cuisine indépendante. Au 1er en mezzanine, chambre, salle de douche et wc. Draps et linge de toilette inclus Stationnement face maison. Ariane vous accueille sur réservation, dans son espace bien-être professionnel privé dédié aux massages corps et visage. Epicerie, dépôt de pain, bistrot avec planches apéro, plats du jour et son brunch le dimanche.

En pleine campagne mais proche des villes à la fois, découvrez "La petite Lucie", maison entièrement refaite à neuf mais ayant gardée le charme de l'ancien, poutres et pierres apparentes, dans un cadre calme et apaisant. Vous serez à 25 mn du FUTUROSCOPE, 35 mn de Poitiers, 30mn de Chatellerault et Center Parcs, 40mn de Chinon. Maison indépendante avec un parking privatif, dispose de son propre jardin très fleuri pour pouvoir se détendre. La maison permet le couchage de 6 adultes et 1 bébé.

En pleine campagne, sans aucun vis à vis, calme vous vous sentirez chez vous !! Le Week end débute le vendredi dans l'après midi jusqu'au dimanche fin de journée pour profiter un maximum du gîte. Piscine privative couverte et chauffée du 15 avril jusqu'au 15 octobre, la véranda permet de vivre en semi plein air car elle s'ouvre entièrement suivant la météo… Vous serez au centre des châteaux de Chinon, Monts sur Guesnes, Saumur, de Richelieu, 45 mn du Futuroscope, Zoo de Doué la fontaine

De 1 à 14 personnes. Maison très agréable, avec piscine, terrasse avec coin repas et grande plancha, idéale pour les groupes d'amis ou les familles. grand pré pour des jeux de ballons, cerf-volant, ou autre. Jardin arboré avec hamacs, toboggan, balançoires et trampoline. Située dans un village, à 45 min du Futuroscope et des châteaux de la Loire, avec 5 chambres de 2 à 5 personnes, elle est dans un environnement calme. Exclusivement non fumeur et sans animaux. Je pratique un peu la LSF.

SHEETS NOT PROVIDED or €10/bed. Pets are not allowed (indoor and outdoor). It is strictly forbidden to charge your electric car on any of the sockets in the accommodation (indoor or outdoor). The house is composed of a spacious living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining room and a relaxation lounge with TV. The cottage has a large bedroom on the garden side, a small bedroom on the courtyard side with a dressing room and a bathroom with shower cubicle and wc.
