Our Deeradise includes 60 acres of private hunting ground. Our 60 acres (private hunting) also borders a 30 acre tract of public hunting ground. Also there are 11,000 acres of state owned public hunting ground within 5 miles. Perfect for hunters. Twisted Vine Winery within 5 miles. We have a convenient store a few minutes away together with a dine in restaurant within five miles. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a couple's getaway. The Cozy Cabin

Our "Cozy Cabin" getaway is located in a peaceful country setting. A creek & hillside is located behind the cabin. Relax on our 2 porches and enjoy the view of our field with horses grazing and deer passing thru. There is a fire pit, gas grill & small shelter house with swing for your outside enjoyment. All the amenities for a relaxing stay close to Yatesville Lake (18 miles), Rush Off-Road Park (13 miles) & Giovanni's Pizza (5 miles). Tristate area KY/WV/OH can be in all within 30 minutes.

The Hitch Caboose

Nestled in the middle of a 900-acre private farm in Fraziers Bottom, this Caboose turned Tiny Home offers an awesome getaway for guests. We’ve completely renovated both inside and out with a massive deck including a hot tub, fire-pit and outdoor furniture with a view to die for! A cozy sleeping area, ft. a queen bed, and a relaxing living room with a sofa bed across from a unique bay window dining area! We’ve got a private bathroom with a shower, this space is perfect for a soothing getaway!

A great couples retreat with 2+miles of hiking trails and a vast space for outdoor activities and wildlife viewing. The beds are comfortable and the heat and air conditioning are great. We have all the amenities...all linens are furnished. There is a washer, dryer, iron and hair dryer and detergent. We are nestled on over 100 acres of land and are 1000 feet from the nearest highway.
