The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Our house is a light, bright spacious character home with ocean views from the kitchen, dining area and top deck. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. Upstairs features the master bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and laundry and open living and deck. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms and sitting room and 1 more bathroom. The sitting room can sleep one person . Immaculately clean, with a huge well equipped kitchen. Our place is suited to families but will also work well for small groups of friends

Offshore Ridge is a modern studio situated in the real heart of Margaret River. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The studio on top of the ridge, overlooks a valley that has a creek running through, and is home to many kangaroos. The space is private with a bedroom, en-suite and indoor and outdoor living areas.

This passive solar Villa is situated at Kilcarnup Beach which is moments from the town centre and Surfers Point.
