Conveniently located one block from the courthouse, this house is nestled in a quiet community just off Whiskey Row (Montezuma). There is a lot of privacy and isolation for your full relaxation. This room is a blocked off from the rest of the home and is independent of itself. You have your own private entrance and keyed entry. This space is simply an oasis! There is direct access to the outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy the salt water jacuzzi hot tub, the glass firepit, and BBQ grill.

We are a Bed & Breakfast less than 3 miles to Downtown Prescott, yet you feel like you're in the middle of the woods. Breakfast is served each day upstairs in our dining room partially provided by our chickens. You will be a 5 to 15 minute drive from all the fun activities you may want to enjoy, including downtown fun, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. and very close to the local airport and ERAU. You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sit and read by the open window or sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio and listen to the variety of birds and other wildlife that frequent our quiet neighborhood.
