Downtown Prescott Courthouse Square is just 1.3 miles and .5 mi to the Rodeo grounds. Minutes to dining, hiking, biking, parks and shopping. Cozy Casita in the Trees

Enjoy this cozy casita for two on a small hill with lots of trees in Diamond Valley, centrally located right between downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley. Please note that the bathroom is a detached building next to casita and has a compost toilet, shower and sink. Cuddle up in the soft queen bed(removable pad), make a cup of coffee or snack in the kitchenette, or relax on the attached patio. Pets are not allowed. We can’t accept reservations for someone not on your account. Infants welcome.

You must communicate direct with the owner. Non smoking, non-drinking guests.

This unit is fully self-contained and private; it only shares one exterior wall (in the living room) with a separate rental on the property.

My beautiful little studio is above the garage in lovely downtown PRESCOTT Az. There is a separate entrance and the studio is very private. It is detached from the main house. Not handicap-accessible. This is truly an adorable dollhouse, upstairs, downtown. Suitable for 2 adults.
