The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The apartment consists of a main living room w/ mezzanine, a main bedroom with a double bed with barocco frescoes, a kitchen, a dining room and two balconies.

Le spiagge distano 5/10 minuti mentre il centro della città, con tutti i suoi servizi, è proprio tutto intorno. Solo l'ingresso è in comune con un altro appartamento, la casa è composta da una camera da letto climatizzata, soggiorno\cucina climatizzata con divano letto e poltrona letto, un bagno con doccia e una splendida terrazza attrezzata.
