Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. We are a dog friendly place, with the common just at the top of the hill for great walks and fresh air for your furry ones. We are located less than a mile from the airport which is perfectly convenient for those early morning flights.

The perfect retreat to escape everyday life, where you can stroll through our beautiful one acre of land, unwind with a glass of wine in the wood-fired hot tub or outdoor bathtub, all while soaking in the views and the warm embrace of the fire pit. You can bring your four-legged best friend! The hut boasts a double bed, shower room and a kitchen with microwave oven, toaster and coffee machine. Outside a private acre of land complete with secure fencing to keep your furry friend safe.

Woodside - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning addition to our home with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

Fairywells is a self-contained barn conversion. It is attached to our stable block across the stable yard from our farmhouse. The property is newly converted. It is located in beautiful rural Somerset, yet ideal for central Bristol (15 minute drive) and Bristol Airport (less than 10 minute drive). There are lovely local walks straight from the property, with a footpath leading down to the pretty village of Barrow Gurney which has a pub and shop.
