Das 100 Jahre alte Bauernhäuschen wurde liebevoll renoviert. Bei der Ausstattung wurde wurde auf Qualität gesetzt. Besonders wurde wert gelegt auf hochwertige Architektur: Das Baumhaus ist nachhaltig und mit hochwertigen Materialien errichtet und bietet ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente mitten in der Natur. Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

V bližini namestitve se nahaja veliko možnosti za aktivnosti na prostem. Naravne poti, pohodniške steze in kolesarske poti vam omogočajo raziskovanje okolice ter odkrivanje skritih kotičkov neokrnjene narave.
