The Guest House, Five Trees

The Guest House is a perfect rural get away. It is set in the classic English country garden of a 16th century thatched house in the Meon Valley. It has a private deck with a hot tub. The grounds contain a swimming pool and tennis court for guest use upon request. The pool is open in summer. The River Meon, multiple footpaths and a lovely local pub are within a few steps of the property. Use of pool, hot tub and tennis court are at your own risk.

Private garden studio with a dedicated wellness enclosure, offering a calm and restorative escape. Featuring a sauna, hot tub and ice bath (with chiller), it’s the perfect space to unwind and relax. Guests have exclusive use of the private garden wellness area during their stay. The space is not shared, and no one else accesses this area or surroundings while guests are staying. River Rose Retreat Shepherds Hut, view and hot tub

River Rose Retreat is a cute and cosy shepherds hut, located along side the stunning river Hamble, in the quaint village of Botley. The Shepherds Hut, which is within walking distance from Botley village and train station, has it's own garden with hot tub, seating area and fire pit, surrounded by trees whilst gazing out on to the river. Although we adore dogs ourselves, unfortunately no dogs are allowed.
