The Lookout is a luxurious self contained small house with wonderful harbour views and a rural back drop. Only 18 mins from Dunedin and 2 mins from Port Chalmers cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. There are many great walks with scenic views. It is a self-contained cottage with everything you need for cooking and washing.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. No children sorry!

Stay at 'Seven' a cute retro apartment in my cottage garden. Upstairs there's a romantic loft style bedroom and small sitting area with views of the harbour. French doors lead you to your private floriferous roof garden. Downstairs provides kitchen and bathroom. Access between upstairs and downstairs is via the deck and outdoor stairs, so not suitable for those with mobility issues. If you enjoy colour, comfort and quirky surrounds stay here.

The property is located in the small community of Broad Bay in the heart of the Otago Peninsula, a 20 min drive away from Dunedin and with easy access to all the Peninsula attractions.
