This Mediterranean-style custom-built villa is located right on the beach and offers spectacular sun dances year-round. The shaded pool features a built-in bench overseeing beach and ocean. This warm, quiet place is fully equipped with custom touches by Lorena de Estrada, a seasoned interior designer. These ocean front villas are located in the beautiful beaches of Paredon, only a few steps away from the ocean, and only 2.5 hours south of Guatemala City.
