Beautiful Canal front home.We have a large screened in downstairs room with a HotTub. Kickback drink some drinks no worries about bugs /mosquitoes and watch TV.! We have a HUGE barbecue pit /smoker makes for great entertaining ! Extra large deck for fishing/crabbing. We supply the crab traps already connected to the dock.Boat lift included. Private fishing area at the end of the road by the intercoastal. large deck to enjoy beautiful sunsets and barges go by. Short golf cart ride to the Beach.

Yachts, sailboats, kayaks, and commercial tugs and barges frequent the Intracoastal Waterway just a few hundred yards off this private pier. A short walk from the front of the house gives you access to the beach for some fun in the sun.

Our home is very comfortable and well stocked with plenty of room for relaxation. *we have a nice semi formal restaurant called “The Lighthouse “ with a market store next door (15 min ) * we do have a gas powered golf cart for our personal use on site that we also rent to interested guests for 300$ for the weekend or 150$ per day .rr
