This is a clean, bright, modern studio with plenty of space for one or two people. In May 2023 this was double glazed so now much warmer and drier and quieter. It has fibre internet, cooking facilities and a washing machine so you are completely self sufficient here. The tv is set up so as well as free channels you can log into apps like a Netflix, Neon etc. With the train station so close you can be in the city in 14 minutes or there is off street parking if you have your own car.

Petone beach is a ten minute walk down the road, great for swimming and with dog-friendly areas further up the beach. There are loads of busses and a nearby train station also.
