Perfectly located for walkers and explorers, this self contained tiny home is attached to the back of our home, with its own entrance and just a 5 minute walk to the cliff top, 7 minute walk to the beach along with the O2 and BIC close by too. There are lots of places to explore right on the doorstep, many of which can be reached by walking, cycling or hopping on a sightseeing bus meaning once you arrive if you have a car you can leave it parked up on our driveway for the duration of your stay!

Originally home to fishermen and lifeboat men, now a cosy retreat to welcome you, quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the quayside, you will be spoilt for choice of fabulous restaurants and watering holes. Harbour ferries from the quay, good bus routes and parking behind lockable gates.

The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.
