Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

There’s one king sized bed . 1 Queen sized bed and 1 double bed. I renovated the place top to bottom a few years ago . Guests will have 2 bathrooms. If you like minimalist style this may not be for you, however if you love character, cosyness and a home away from home, welcome to my cottage!

Enjoy staying at our charming Georgian cottage in leafy Roundhay, a 10 minute car ride from the centre of Leeds. There are original features, a wood burning stove, Aga and is within walking distance of Roundhay Park, cafes, bars and restaurants. Pear Tree Barn has been lovingly restored and converted as holiday accommodation during 2016. The old timbers have been retained but are not obtrusive, where the height of the interior allows the original A frame roof timbers add that necessary rustic charm to what is now a modern property. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking additional steps to clean and sanitise frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
