This apartment is located above a quiet business that operates Monday through Friday. You have full access to the entire apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The only shared space is one common door that splits access to the business from the upstairs apartment.

Lots of privacy and next to organic garden, fields, stable and fruit orchards. All utilities, TV and WI-FI included. Well water with new water softener and water heater. Pet friendly; no pet fee. Lots of farm paths to walk your pet. Encourage off leash if trained. Horses have moved to another farm while pasture and stable rehabbed.

Notre Dame and downtown South Bend are 8 miles/16 mins. to the south. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. Take a swim in the pool or a soak in the hot tub and let the worries of life melt away during your stay.

Off-grid, off-road rustic farm cabin nestled in the woods. Count the stars. Watch the birds and fireflies. Fall asleep to crickets and frogs harmonizing thru the night. Wake up to roosters crowing and wild turkeys gobbling. Includes portable grill, bedding, and campfire site. Heated by a wood burning stove. Wood bundles are sold at all local gas stations and grocery stores. 4x4 vehicle recommended for winter stays.
