A rescue boat in WW2, then a courtesy boat for the Queen, now a unique B&B in private grounds in the heart of the wine and fine-dining district of the Mornington Peninsula. Red Hill Boat features a number of character-filled small rooms with restored original fittings and modern amenities, offering surprises in every room. Quirky two bedroom Nissan Hut conversion set amongst the tee trees and driftwood, just a 2 minute walk along a sandy track to Balnarring Beach. Wood fire heater, reverse cycle air conditioning, outdoor deck and BBQ, indoor/outdoor shower, towels and linen provided. NO Wifi encourages guests to get outdoors and explore the surrounding area.

The studio is at one end of the main house and has its own separate driveway, entrance and courtyard. Recently renovated, the space is fresh and clean and comfortable.
