The house is a beautiful, spacious seaside villa on the coast, it has a gorgeous view over the sea and direct access into the Procinisco bay (120 steps from the sea ) It is a beautiful and quiet cottage with two gardens, in the middle of a magically quiet village, in one of Italy's most charming areas. The house is set in a little village, which makes it's environment very safe for children, perfect for a family. There are 31 other cottages in the village and the neighbours are very friendly.

Montincello sits in the Parco National Del Gargano and the Foresta Umbra is a 10 minute drive from the apartment. The Gargano is renowned for its idyllic beaches and fabulous Puglia cuisine. The nearest beach from the apartment is a 10 minute walk to the sandy beach of Spiaggia Scialmarino.
