Welcome to our cosy private 1 bedroom house. Only a short walk to the Bar walls, the Shambles and York Minster, this delightful home is ideal for the perfect getaway. The cottage is a Grade II listed barn conversion offering a welcoming base for your stay. Heating is provided by a biomass boiler, so very eco friendly. There is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. We are in a quiet village called East Cottingwith: a fantastic base for visiting York and touring Yorkshire. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.

Beautiful House in York - Parking and Garden.

A beautiful 2 bed house in York, only 10 minutes walk from the city walls and main shopping and cultural areas! Includes parking and a lovely garden that catches the sun on summers days and has plenty of outdoor seating (including a hanging chair). The property is well-equipped and comes with all the things you will need to make your stay relaxing and stress-free. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property is close to lots of handy shops, cafes and restaurants.

Luxury one bedroom cottage with log burning hot tu

Relax and unwind in the newly refurbished one bed Irishman's Cottage. The cottage retains many old features and is surrounded by the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. The living space is open plan with ample space for a couples retreat or family break away. In the summer months dine al fresco and enjoy a BBQ on the private patio besides the wood burning hot tub. A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!

The Salt House Cottage, Pilmoor

Guests have a small private grassed area with a table and chairs. The cottage has dishwasher, washing machine and wood burning stove, all logs included. We do not accept pets. In summer, when the swing seat is out, guests have access to the main garden. The cottage has no internet connection but depending on your network, a good 3G or 4G signal can be accessed. We do not accept bookings from people who smoke or vape. Check in from 2pm, check out 10am.
