Idaho State University is a short two block walk and within 3 blocks we have a darling coffee shop, an eclectic hardware store (that carries a grand selection of shoes, wine, and outdoor gear) and a grocery store.

You have the best view of the city, and trails for walking or biking right out the front door. There is an office space for remote work, and a theatre room in the basement. We are 3 minutes from the free way and 2 from the hospital. Lava Hot Springs: 25 min away, Skiing: 15 min away, Yellowstone: 2.5 hours away.

Ace Hardware is two blocks away where you can buy outdoor gear and cool clothing. Tough Guy Bowling Alley one half block away. Walking distance to Idaho State University. A five minute drive to the City Creek trail system. Pretty much a ten minute drive to almost anywhere in Pocatello.

The Luxe Loft is a private, newly built, 750 square foot loft space at the top floor of a spacious shop with an open floor plan. It is located in an upscale area with incredible, sweeping views of the area and surrounding mountains. You can often glimpse deer and other wildlife from the windows and off the deck. During the summer months, the landscaping is spectacular. There is a balcony area with a bistro set to enjoy a meal or beverage while enjoying the scenic views.
