La casa se encuentra en una finca de montaña de unas 3 Hectáreas con vistas panorámicas al valle y las montañas (acceso estrecho y empinado). Esta propiedad permite disfrutar del sol y las vistas en un entorno rural. También, se puede disfrutar de la gran piscina compartida (junto a la casa de los propietarios); esta se encuentra a unos doscientos metros de distancia.

Our beautiful vacation condo is located in El Molinar - a neighbourhood of Palma de Mallorca within walking distance of Portixol, famous for being Palma’s “it”-neighbourhood. A 5-minute stroll takes you to Molinar’s yacht harbour and continuing along the coast, you arrive in Portixol to enjoy the beachside promenade with its colourful collection of bars and restaurants.
