It is an old traditional mansion whose renovation was completed in 2007 with lots of love and passion from the new owners. In the villa Patriko the traditional way of living meets the luxury and the modern amenities. Stone walls and arches, wooden doors and ceilings, noble furniture, lights and paintings take you to forgotten worlds. The large swimming pool with the incredible view to the mountain and the sea, and the beautiful, fragrant, colorful garden decorate the fairy scene. It lies in the picturesque village Kaliviani Kissamou where elements of the Cretan culture remain set up to these days, and you can spend time at the traditional coffee-shops and tavernas. Just a few kilometers away are the renowned Falasarna beach with the endless sand, the exotic Elafonisi, the breathtaking lagoon of Balos and the island of Gramvousa with the Venetian castle.

Philoxenia is about being friendly to a stranger, in a particularly warm and generous way. This is what we offer as an experience. Our house is made of stone and wood. Sun light is getting in every room from plenty of windows.The house provides a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. There are two bedrooms,each one with a private bathroom and air condition. You would find all you could possibly need. The best part of the house is its beautiful, private, full of green yard.

Το Theofilos Studio βρίσκεται στο χωριό Πλάτανος Κισσάμου (μόλις 20μ απο το Αγροτικό Ιατρείο του χωριού και κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου). Ο Πλάτανος απέχει περίπου 53 χιλιόμετρα απο την πόλη των Χανίων (40-45 λεπτά περίπου με το αυτοκίνητο) και μόλις 5 χιλιόμετρα απο τα Φαλάσαρνα. Επίσης βρίσκεται κοντά και σε άλλες φημισμένες παραλίες (Μπάλος, Γραμβούσα, Σφηνάρι, Ελαφονήσι) αλλά και στο Καστέλι (μια κωμόπολη 8 χιλιόμετρα από το χωριό).
