It has a large terrace with a 32m² swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen area with a hard table for 8 people and a large electric plancha. The house can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with bunk beds. Access is via a 900m dirt road and two steep slopes: a 4x4 is ideal for the last climb (slope). Εγώ και η γυναίκα μου σχεδιάσαμε και κατασκευάσαμε αυτά τα σπίτια για εμάς και τα παιδιά μας με αγάπη για την κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική και το περιβάλλον. Τα σπίτια είναι μίνιμαλ, πολύ απλά χωρίς περιττές κατασκευές, όπως πισίνες, πούλ μπάρς κλπ, και ζητούν τέτοιους επισκέπτες... Είναι σε πολύ καλή θέση, ήσυχα, μακριά από την πολυκοσμία, πολύ καθαρά!. Και έχουν απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα !!!.
