"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

En ella podéis encontrar la tranquilidad de la zona del Raiguer de Mallorca, pero a pocos minutos de las localidades de Lloseta y Binissalem. La casa está en rodeada de un campo de almendros, algarrobos y otros árboles típicos mallorquines. De fácil acceso y a pocos minutos de las localidades vecinas. Located in the rural inland setting of the Pla de Mallorca, and far from any tourist center. The house and patio have been carefully restored to recreate the original architecture, and provide an ideal location from which to explore rural Mallorca. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with wood-burning stove; and separate dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a dressing room. The main bathroom with shower and toilet is on the same floor.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
