Grandma’s Cozy Little House on the Farm is nestled in a peaceful valley 10 minutes south of Sunbury, Pa. on a working farm where our family raises potatoes, hay, livestock & poultry. Located with easy drives to Bucknell University, Knoebels amusement resort, Susquehanna University, Geisinger Medical Center, AOAA, Spyglass Ridge Winery, and Bloomsburg University. This quaint little two-story farmhouse will help you and your family sit back and relax enjoying the simple pleasures of country life.

The treehouse is centrally located on the 66-acre property. It is near the bathroom, hot tub, duck pond, and our flock of chickens. It has 3 large screened windows and a sliding door. Enjoy your coffee and favorite adult beverage during golden hour on the wrap-around deck. The treehouse measures 8'x8' plus a 5'x8' loft for a total of 104 square feet of living area. You'll love the sunsets, and being immersed in nature. Bird and deer watching! Fall foliage and cozy fires! Goat and cow snuggles!

All rooms have Fire t.v. and hi speed Wi-Fi. A full kitchen with a washer and dryer. Also a detached garage where you can lock up your vehicles and atv's. We are just miles from Knoebels, The Bloomsburg Fair, and Hershey Park. After a day of riding relax by the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful sunset across the valley.
